Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Petrousco is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
